(HP Service Delivery Associate) has been offering the preventive and corrective maintenance service and support to computer equipment and its peripherals since 1986. In 1993 we become the HP Authorized Service Center and also the HP Authorized Guarantees Center; by 2003 SDA is awarded the Service Delivery Associate nomination.

IN SITE Outsourcing
Our personnel work on the customers facilities, attending to specific support projects. One of our main customers is AGCO Mexico (previously Massey-Ferguson).
SopPORT
Once your software and applications are running, we offer permanent support for problem-solving, any doubts, contingency plans, etc.
MAINTENANCE
Once your applications are at work we offer a maintenance service for computers and its peripherals; we do this by means off time-frame contracts, but also in the eventuality that the need should arise.
Preventive Maintenance: this is a service that is performed on the equipment even when it's working and functioning perfectly well, or even having a guarantee.
Corrective Maintenance: this is a service that is performed in the equipment once a malfunction or problem and its performance has been detected.
HP Guarantee Attention Department
We have been an authorized Center for guarantees for all the Hewlett-Packard equipments since 1993 the immediate attention and validity for these guarantees, starts the minute after our customer reports in by telephone to Hewlett-Packard (01-800-472-6684) and they apply to:
Volume printers, PCs, Co. laptops, mobile equipments (IPAQ), plotters, etc.
